The Applications

Westwood gasifier systems can be installed by various businesses to produce thermal energy:

• Lumber Mills: Heat for dry-kilns as well as power generation.

• Meat Processing Plants: Gasification of Meat and Bone Meal (MBM) eliminates costly waste disposal issues and has the potential to provide process heat, refrigeration and power.

• Agricultural Industries: Gasification of manure and other
  bio-waste from various crops to produce heat as well as
  the potential to produce electrical power and refrigeration.

• Low Grade Coal Producers: Gasification of low grade coal and or coal/bio-mass blends greatly reduces emissions while producing valuable energy.

• Municipal Waste Bio-mass.

• Landfill gases.
